How we work
Every job starts with a proper survey — on site or via photos for simpler installs. We size systems based on heat load, room use and how the space is laid out, not on what's sitting in the van.
You get a fixed-price written quote with no "extras" sprung on you mid-install. The engineer who quotes is usually the engineer who fits. After commissioning we walk you through the controls and register the warranty for you.
Six months later we'll get in touch about a service. No hard sell — just a reminder that your system runs longer and uses less power if it's looked after.
